Public Transit in Gay Vancouver's Davie Village, (Vancouver's gaybourhood)

Public transit (the skytrain) will pick you up right at the Vancouver airport and for just $7.50 (note there is a price increase efective Jan. 2013 - the ticket machines will take major credit cards) will bring you right into the city, and just a 10 minute walk from Davie Village, or cheap cab ride with your suitcases. (The train back to the airport is just $2.50). If you opt to take a cab to/from the airport it is about $30 each way. If visiting Vancouver for the first time please note, the skytrain from the airport is easy, clean and safe. The isles are wide to fit your suitcases. Travel on the "Canada Line" (the only train arriving at the airport) to Vancouver City Center.
