Meet new friends in MyDavieVillage by joining a Vancouver gay GLBT sports group. Gay Hockey, Bowling, Badminton, Golf, Tennis or Soft Ball, there are a number of GLBT sports groups to choose from. Absolutely Badminton Club

Plays at King George High School on Denman Street Wednesday 7 to 10- PM. Absolutely Badminton is Vancouver’s OUT Badminton Club. Read more

Double Rainbow Dodgeball League

Is an inclusive community dodgeball that encourages fun, positivity, safety, fitness, inclusion, fair play in a drug & alcohol free space. This league is for all genders and is both queer and trans positive. Read more

Border Riders Motorcycle Club

Founded in 1969, the Border Riders Motorcycle Club provides social and educational opportunities for members and other gay men interested in recreational motorcycle touring.  The Border Riders Motorcycle Club is the largest and one of the oldest gay motorcycle clubs in North America.  Our diverse membership hails mostly from Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia.  Composed of seasoned as well as novice riders, we come from all walks of life and professions. Out for Kicks (OFK) is a Vancouver-based, volunteer run soccer club with more than 240 members.  Their mandate is to facilitate a safe, fun and recreational environment for LGBTQ players and their allies to enjoy the game of soccer. They strive to reduce the barriers that have kept many queer people out of team sports.  Read more

A Woman’s fast pitch Soft ball. The Mabel League fosters a safe and fun environment for lesbians, bisexual women, queer people, trans* people, and women allies to learn and play recreational softball. The Mabel League was established in Vancouver, BC Canada in 1990. Read more

WESA West-end Slow Pitch Association

WESA was started in 1978 when gay and lesbian sports minded, fun-loving people gathered on Sunday afternoons at Lord Roberts School playground. Players register as individual or with a friend. There are two divisions one suited for the developing or recreational players and the other for experienced softball players looking for a more efficient game. Read more


English Bay Swim Club

Is Vancouver’s LGBT2Q* masters swim team. They are all-inclusive, welcoming LGBT2Q* and LGBT2Q-friendly swimmers into the pool since 1982. The English Bay Swim Club encourages Trans* and Gender-Variant swimmers to come join them. With more than 140 active members, they are the largest Masters swim club in British Columbia. Nude Dude Yoga

The inspiration for this clubis to create a space where men can share their yoga practice, as well as to maintain and build the community ties here in Vancouver. Some sessions are led by professional yoga instructors, others by experienced members. A community of men sharing their yoga practice in an atmosphere of body acceptance. Read more
